CFS: What is the biggest misconception people have about the student-athletes at WVU?
CT: I always hate when people think student-athletes get grades given to them, because they don’t. I go to class and work hard for my grades just like every other student does.
CFS: What is it like being a fan favorite and the inforcer for the Mountaineers?
CT: I came here as a shooting guard and but I feel like I just tried to get on the court anyway possible to help my team and at the time that seemed like the best chance.
CFS: Going through a knee injury your senior year of High School, what was it like watching Butler go down? How did you feel? What did you say or do to help?
CT: Going through a knee injury is def a bad thing but can easily be turned into a good thing, you learn alot about yourself and it teaches you that you can make it through anything with the help of others and your best effort.

CFS: Tell us about practicing for Coach Huggins and the influence he has had on you personally?
CT: Practice for Coach Huggins is very long and demanding, you know when you go the gym that practice is going to be three hours and you better be ready to work. He has taught me alot about basketball but also teaches us about life.
CFS: Who your favorite NBA player?
CT: Da’Sean Butler
CFS: Who was the bigger flopper Gerald Henderson or Luke Harangody?
CT: HaHa, that is a trick question but def Henderson I didn’t even hit him that hard.

We will be sure to bless you at WVU Football tailgates to come, and if anyone else sees Cam Thoroughman in the Blue Lot this season don’t take 400 pictures of the poor kid, let him be a student, get him a burger and a beverage and let him enjoy the life of a Mountaineer.
